1. What can you help me with?

To reduce your workload, get you to that vacation quicker or regularly engage your audience, I can help you with the following:

  • Social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter)
  • Email marketing account setup with a provider like mailchimp
  • Email marketing, newsletter, and ezine management
  • Blogging & Writing
2. Who do you work with?

I work with established entrepreneurs who are ready to create consistency in their online presence that leads to positive results. Most of my clients are coaches, consultants, speakers, and good-ole fashioned hard working small business owners!

3. What is your work style like?

I enjoy the work that I do and operate in a work environment that fosters a mutually professional and respectful relationship with my clients. Because I work  virtually, 90% of my communication is done online and via email. Occasional, brief phone calls are acceptable and work best if scheduled in advance.

4. How are last minute requests handled?

I certainly don’t make a habit of accommodating last minute requests in order to complete work in a timely, proficient manner for all my clients but do my best to make you happy by completing a short notice request if time permits!! I plan out everything for you and we meet once or twice a month to make sure we’re on track with everything that needs to be accomplished so this likely won’t come up any way. 

5. How is payment processed?

Payment is currently accepted through paypal invoicing and square invoicing and requires payment in advance of service.

6. Do you use a project management system?

Yes, I use a project management system called Basecamp. It’s easy for us to use when communicating on projects, keeping tasks organized, and so you can see what I’m working on for you. There’s nothing that you have to do – I’ll send you an invite and set it all up once we start working together. You’ll be able to assign me tasks and with a due date (if needed). I can also invite other members of your team to our basecamp project for viewing purposes and communication (if needed or preferred).

7. What can I expect from my introductory call?

We get to know each other a bit to gauge whether or not we’ll be a good fit to work together. Though short (and hopefully entertaining), I’ll give you an overview of my company, Brown Virtual Assisting LLC, and it’s services. Your consult will determine what package or service will best suit your needs.

8. What results can I expect?

You can expect to have consistency and greater visibility with your online marketing so that your network starts to know, like and trust you. Afterall, marketing is mainly about consistency above all else.    

9. What happens once I say yes?

You will receive my short and sweet welcome packet and client policies, a contract, and a paypal or square invoice for your service package. And a little more sweetness to make you comfortable and start things off right!
